to see the world in a grain of sand

And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.

  1. I like your images as well as your poetry choices – this one by Blake I love. As for Transparant Things it is one of my favorite Nabokovs (am I wrong in assuming that it comes from Nabokov?

  2. Daina, thanks a lot! You’re absolutely right in thinking that the title comes from Nabokov – a favourite of mine – and it also comes from a poem by Mandelstam called “The Swallow” (or Lastochka in Russian) – but unfortunately I can’t find a good translation of it.
